About the role

The Company is seeking an experienced Finance and Admin Manager to join our dynamic property management team in Ortigas, Pasig City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, as well as managing various administrative functions to support the organization's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable, and other financial processes to ensure the company's financial health and compliance.
  • Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and controls to safeguard the company's assets.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to support operational and administrative needs, such as procurement, facilities management, and human resources.
  • Ensuring the company's compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Continuously improving financial and administrative processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Mentoring and developing the finance and admin.
Qualifications
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
  • What we're looking for
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA).
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar finance and administration management role, preferably in the real estate or property management and leasing industry.
    • Minimum of 5 year in Middle Management Position.
    • 3 or more years of continuous service, reflecting a strong sense of commitment and reliability.
    • Proven track record of implementing financial controls, optimizing. processes, and driving operational efficiency.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficient in using financial management software, Dynamics 365.
    • Passionate about contributing to the growth and success of a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
