Finance & Operations Transition Officer
Description
- Oversee financial and legal transition during reorganization.
- Set up ERP finance module migration
- Negotiate supplier payment terms and secured logistics continuity during transitions.
- Lead corporate restructuring of a mid-sized FMCG exporter, transitioning operations into a new entity with zero operational downtime.
- Manage ERP migration for a manufacturing company across 3 countries.
- SEC & BIR company registration
- Contract drafting & review (suppliers, customers, banks)
- Liaise with legal counsels and 3rd party consultants
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- 8+years of experience in finance and operations within the manufacturing industry.
- High analytical skills
- SEC/BIR registration
- PEZA/BOI
- ERP migration
- Tax planning
- Supply chain cost control (preferred)
