Description
  • Responsible for the successful P&L management incl. delivering against budgets, revenue forecasting, and tracking of performance KPIs
  • Senior POC for client stakeholders for all related projects incl. leading all ongoing monthly/quarterly client performance reviews
  • Work collaboratively with senior client stakeholders to identify and communicate potential client efficiencies in terms of procurement patterns, buying cycles, product, category focus, and alternative print & POS development to deliver value and enhance ROI for our clients
  • Working closely with the Managing Director, Business Development Director, and the Operations Director to identify growth opportunities and the negotiation of new contractual and commercial terms for any new business opportunities
  • Devise and deliver all internal and external process enhancements to ensure excellent service delivery of our outsourcing procurement model and achievement of all operational KPIs/satisfy all contractual obligations
  • Actively establish new business leads and develop business proposals
  • Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and new clientele
  • Strategize and develop effective business plans to achieve the team’s budget targets
  • Ensure client satisfaction and prompt delivery of services by providing quality, value-added services, and solutions
  • Manage the overall progress and development of accounts and projects
  • Act as a key contact for clients on marketing communications solutions
  • Responsible for the profitability of the allocated accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
  • 10+ years experience working at a senior level within an outsource client partnership model within an FMCG marketing services agency/printing/point of sale/promotional items management environment
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field
  • Extensive experience in engaging and influencing cross-functionally, particularly across multiple client marketing/brand teams and procurement teams
  • Good knowledge and interest in the latest industry trends, technology solutions, and best practices
  • Passion for clientele servicing to provide quality service
  • Strong in marketing proposals and client/senior management presentations
  • Able to present and communicate in business English
  • Knowledge & interest in latest industry trends, technology solutions & best practices
  • Problem-solving and the ability to identify and clearly present solutions
  • Work independently yet contribute as a team player
  • Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of individual cultural differences and ability to establish and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Willingness to travel, as and when required
  • Multi-tasker who is strong in organization and attention to details
