Account Executive - Outsourcing
- Manage all briefs submitted by sales team. liaise with intercompany department to ensure pricing is returned on time and in full
- Manage the team to provide timely and effective administrative support to the global outsource sales team
- Ensure critical paths are developed for all orders received and work with the wider team to ensure milestones are completed as planned
- Check all SO, PO and costing sheet are complete and accurate communicate with intercompany departments on daily basic to ensure production & supply is on schedule
- Any other duties as reasonably required
- Experience in promotional merchandising
- Able to handle all aspects of product development
- Must have broad product knowledge
- Experience in working closely with Global Sales teams
- Ability in handling product development projects independently through
good communication, problem-solving skills and effective organization
- Must be proactive, attentive to details with excellent analytical and
numerical skills and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Good PC knowledge in using MS office applications, SAP is preference.
- Good command of language skills in both written and spoken English
