Description

Main Objective:

Receive and process sale orders, check the accuracy of orders and issuing invoices, maintaining sales records, and compiling monthly sales reports.
The person will also prepare and present financial reports such as: tax calculations, VAT, and others.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Submit Purchase Orders to Suppliers
  • Submit Invoices to Clients and control payments.
  • Provide timely, accurate, relevant & value-adding accounting & financial information to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordination with Consultant and Headquarters:
    • provide all accounting data on time and clear to the consultant.
    • Reconciliate the accounts from consultant with our SAP balance.
    • Report the financial statements to HQ
  • Submit correctly and on time all the taxes obligations.
  • Cash & Bank Expenses: introduce in system all movements (provide evidence for all of them)
  • Perform banking transactions (e.g. manual bank statement upload, clearing of bank clearing accounts, and month-end bank reconciliation)
  • Stock: reconciliate the accounting inventory with real inventory in warehouse.
  • Logistic task: coordinate with forwarder for import containers and our logistic center.
  • Customer service
Qualifications
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting / finance
  • Advanced skills and knowledge of Excel as well as other Office Applications are mandatory. SAP will be a plus.
  • Experience with accounting software
  • Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
  • Organized & effective person
