Description

Primary Responsibility

  • Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare documents
  • Code and file material according to the established procedures
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff
  • Coordinate document requests, from multiple sources
  • Collect, evaluate, write, and submit data and reports
  • Manage requests for Corporate and Client Information from a Financial Institution

Additional Responsibilities may include:

  • Answer general phone using a professional and courteous manner
  • Reply to general information requests with the accurate information
  • Sort incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries for distribution
  • Make travel, meeting and other arrangements for staff
  • Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment
Qualifications
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
  • Business (related) degree holder
  • 6 years and above office admin/secretarial experience
  • Experience working overseas and/or multinational company in the Philippines
  • Proficient in using MS office (word press, databases, spreadsheet), email and internet
  • Proficient in using office equipment such as computer, voice messaging system, fax and photocopier"
