Description
Primary Responsibility
- Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare documents
- Code and file material according to the established procedures
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff
- Coordinate document requests, from multiple sources
- Collect, evaluate, write, and submit data and reports
- Manage requests for Corporate and Client Information from a Financial Institution
Additional Responsibilities may include:
- Answer general phone using a professional and courteous manner
- Reply to general information requests with the accurate information
- Sort incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries for distribution
- Make travel, meeting and other arrangements for staff
- Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
- Business (related) degree holder
- 6 years and above office admin/secretarial experience
- Experience working overseas and/or multinational company in the Philippines
- Proficient in using MS office (word press, databases, spreadsheet), email and internet
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computer, voice messaging system, fax and photocopier"
