Description
Under the direct supervision of the President, the Administration Manager’s role encompasses general office management, facilities maintenance and management, asset inventory and monitoring, safety & security supervision, information & communication technology coordination, general repairs & maintenance, motor pool & service vehicle maintenance, and policy development; supporting the accomplishment of the company and departmental goals and objectives

Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
- Business Course, Office Management and Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the field of Administrative Management
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management
- In- depth understanding of renewal of Business Permits & Certification
- Excellent Organization Skills
- Excellent Oral/Written & Communication skills
