Associate Director (Software Engineering)
Description
- Managing a team of at least 10 - 20 people. Monitor and ensure productivity and ensure consistently accurate output for each project.
- Make sound technical decisions around architecture, language, and structure for each Project.
- Manage relationships, technical execution, and hand offs from stakeholders and clients.
- He/She must also be a good communicator and relay proper information to the engineers, stakeholders, and clients.
- Analyze and solve difficult problems across the stack.
- Obsess ways to build prototypes and products faster and better.
- Influence the engineering team to adopt new ideas, products, or approaches.
- Develop clean, maintainable and testable code.
- Design, implement and test UI components.
- Writing unit tests, integration tests, regression tests, etc.
- Lead Code review.
- Collaborate with development team to ensure timely deliverables.
- Provide technical support to stakeholders in the organization.
- Interact with stakeholders to intensify requirements for applications.
- Lead and report project meetings with management and other team members.
- Implementation of unit, integration, e2e tests.
- Lead the team by planning deliverables and mentoring.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer
Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or Equivalent. - Must have at least 10 years of experience working with and managing a team of at least 10 to 20 people.
- He/She should be able to monitor and ensure productivity and ensure

- Experience building production quality and public facing front-end applications.
- Experience implementing production quality and public facing backend services with C#/.NET.
