Description
The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining the brand’s identity, ensuring it resonates with target audiences and aligns with business goals. This involves developing and executing marketing strategies, overseeing campaigns, and collaborating with creative teams to maintain consistency.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Create marketing plans to reach target audiences and build brand awareness to achieve a steady increase in product sales.
- Oversee marketing campaigns.
- Manage the creative development, planning, execution, and monitoring of campaigns (product launches, ad blitzes, content partnerships, etc.) to ensure they align with the brand's identity and goals.
- Maintain brand consistency .
- Ensure that all marketing materials and communications adhere to the brand’s visual identity, messaging, and tone.
- Collaborate with creative teams.
- Work with graphic designers, video editors/animators, content writers, and other creative professionals to develop engaging and effective marketing content for various media platforms.
- Oversee the design and production of brochures, product packaging, and promotional materials for various campaigns.
- Analyze data and track performance.
- Use data analysis tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Stay up to date on market trends.
- Attend industry conferences and webinars to stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing, healthcare communications and consumer behavior.
- Research and analyze competitor campaigns and emerging marketing.
trends/technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and stay ahead of the competition. - Manage internal marketing efforts.
- Manage internal communications and marketing efforts to ensure that all employees understand and embrace the brand’s identity.
- Support the sales team by cascading marketing campaigns and communication interventions to the community level.
- Manage the marketing budget allotted for the brand.
- Allocate resources effectively across multiple marketing channels to maximize ROI while staying within budgetary constraints.
- Negotiate vendor contracts for advertising placements and marketing services to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Work closely with partners and customers to understand their unique requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Promptly address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance to ensure a consistently positive brand experience.
- Perform ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing for a premium lifestyle brand.
- Creative thinking – ability to come up with innovative ideas and strategies.
- Strong leadership and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and analytics software is a plus.
