Position title
Business Development Manager (Construction)
  • Identify and research potential clients
  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers
  • Develop, and maintain client relationships
  • Coordinate with sales team to develop mutually beneficial proposals
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
  • Report and meet regularly with management to discuss strategy
  • If required, make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
  • Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
  • Track and report on the status of proposal components
  • Conduct ongoing market research
  • Work with the sales team to create rate proposals
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
  • Must have 5-7 years of work experience in Business Development/ Sales/ Marketing
  • Must have knowledge of the Construction industry, with experience working with suppliers/subcontractors or property developers
  • Excellent verbal, and written, communication skills
  • Tech savvy
