  • Make the G2M analyses for main competitors only for diaper and hygienic pads.
  • Define and propose the structure of the sales organization and headcount
  • Designate the conditions and trade term with customers
  • Define the sales channels and their profit margins
  • Define the payment model (Cash or deferred) in line with market practice
  • List the alternative sales bonus systems
  • Define whether or not letter of bank guarantee is widely given in trade
  • Submit a report that covers the following topics:

    • VAT rates of diaper and hygienic pad and any other sales tax if exists
    • Sales proportions of modern and traditional channels
    • Photos of the sales channels
    • Modern Trade customers and their number of stores
    • E-trade customers and their details
    • Sales point universe number
    • The channels that baby diaper and hygienic pad products are sold
    • The cities whose population is over a million
    • Borders of the 4 Regions and city names on the map
    • Sales proportions of the 4 Regions
    • Product sales prices of the main competitors
    • Highest selling SKUs of baby diaper and hygienic pad products


  • Finalize Pre-worked Market Projections (market size, growth rates, value chain, market mix estimations, competitors, production locations/capacities/quantities of competitors, import/export quantities/amounts of competitors)
  • Confirm our portfolio and product strategy according to his own market research for the last developments
  • Confirm our sales figures especially our size-pack-regional mix
  • Provide updated SKU based competitor shelf prices in different sales channels and regions, to present proposed pricing strategy, to provide information about sales/value added tax for regions

    • Buy competitor products and send to us for new product analysis
    • Clarify the regulations to bind us in the packs, brand registration and the documents to prepare for entrance any permissions to get before entrance
    • Lead us about how many logistic centers should we have to distribute to whole Philippines
    • Directions about critical cities to do the customer researches,
    • Share cultural, perceptional, language wise guidance in every step we have (lifestyle, beliefs, differences across geographies...)
    • Recommend local agencies (creative, research, media agencies)
  • 20+ years years experience in FMCG Industry
  • Energetic and mobile
  • With no travel restriction to anywhere in the Philippines for he/she will travel to different regions
  • With good understanding on the financial part with logistics and operations process and import taxes in the Philippines
  • Knows sales channel, key accounts, traders from small to big enterprises.
  • Eligible to logistics and transportation data (geographical areas)
  • Able to manage the sales team and company organization
