Position Overview: A ConnectWise expert with experience working for Managed Service Providers. As a ConnectWise PSA/CPQ Administrator, you’ll be the champion of our CPQ and PSA systems streamlining the way we sell and deliver services to our team and clients.

  • Working with operational team to keep backlog of improvement requirements.
  • Defining and mentoring best practice standards for boards, workflows, and integrations.
  • Updating CPQ and PSA for new solutions and capabilities.
  • Streamlining processes via workflows, templates, and automation strategies.
  • Staying informed on ConnectWise Integrations and products to keep our processes up-to-date.
  • Participating in integrating new acquisitions into the PSA system.
  • Leading the client implementation process, teaching best practices and foundational excellence.
  • Assist with platform integrations when appropriate.
  • Being curious, exploring new possibilities, and embracing the growing catalog of ConnectWise integrations.
  • Collaborating with team members.

Performance Metrics:

  • Developing and documenting best practices.
  • Ensuring a Client Satisfaction Score of 100% through proactive communication, effective problem-solving, and seamless implementation of ConnectWise solutions.
  • Demonstrating operational excellence by consistently meeting or exceeding established key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ConnectWise administration and client support.
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
  • Bachelor’s Degree (optional).
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ConnectWise certifications are a plus, however we’ll help you acquire them.
  • ConnectWise PSA Administration experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of ConnectWise PSA configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Strong understanding of PSA best practices and industry standards.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Experience with integrations and automation tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
  • Experience working with or for a Managed Service Provider.
  • Experience with ConnectWise Sell.
