Digital Marketing Coordinator

This position supports the Marketing Team, and the wider business, in completing all transactional requirements within the global team. The job requires proficiency in conducting thorough research and assessing the effectiveness of online content within a solid framework . Additionally, you must be adept at managing editorial schedules and crafting social media content using diverse design software. It is essential to uphold our style guidelines and industry norms consistently in all content creation endeavors.

Enhanced Digital Footprint

  • Design social media strategies and digital media campaigns to achieve marketing targets. under the direction of the International Marketing Manager
  • Coordinate, create and publish original, high quality content
  • Administer all company social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content
  • Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
  • Liaise with writers and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product development teams to create social ‘buzz’ regarding new product launches
  • Facilitate client-company communication (respond to queries, get reviews and organize chats and Q&A sessions)
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI
  • Monitor ROI and KPIs
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network
  • Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices

Social Media Management

  • Actively participate on all our social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, while also staying tuned to industry blogs and news outlets.
  • Craft and implement social media marketing strategies, complete with content schedules and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital marketing planner.
  • Continuously research industry trends and best practices to pinpoint the most impactful methods of audience engagement.
  • Maintain editorial calendars efficiently, ensuring timely content delivery in a competitive environment with strict deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with the International Marketing Manager, analyze social media metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Research and improvements

  • Able to conduct in-depth research and analyze the performance of online content
  • Create quarterly, monthly, and weekly editorial calendars
  • Measure and monitor KPIs
  • Other duties as required from time to time
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or relevant field
  • 5+ years’ proven experience
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Experience in creating Facebook Ad Campaign (Meta Ads)
  • Hands-on experience using social media for brand awareness
  • Proven work experience as a Social media strategist or Social media manager
  • Understanding of Social media principles and best practices
  • Capacity to work independently and in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
