Description
- Applies expertise in SEO, SEM, and GDN to further improve marketing strategies
- Guides and supports digital strategists for implementation of the strategy proposals
- Sets the direction and strategy fit for each project
- Research about the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices for social media platforms
- Leads the assessment and monitoring of brand’s digital presence, competitor analysis, and market research
- Analyzes results from implemented digital strategies in a well-thought of manner
- Leads content planning and creation through insights and recommendations from analytics
- Implements goal-driven strategies across all digital platforms
- Monitors, analyzes, and interprets data to transform them into actionable plans
- Produces work efficiently and on time
Qualifications
- Proven experience with social media management and paid ads management
- Not easily stressed (esp. when handling different brands / clients at the same time -- around 7 or more brands)
- Can keep up with the fun like millennial jokes, trends, memes (or at least updated with the younger trends)
- Open to ideas and suggestions, willing to share their experiences for the growth of the team
- Has the skill to guide and uplift the team and professional but at the same time values personal relationships w/ the team
- Can give and accept constructive criticisms but can also commend team members for a job well done
- Likes to work with young people
- Agency experience is a plus
