Position Overview: The Director of Operations and Innovation will lead the strategic direction,
development, and management of all manufacturing and warehousing operations as well as
innovation initiatives within the company. This role requires at a minimum an English and Tagalog speaking visionary leader with a deep understanding of the clothing manufacturing industry, technology trends, and sustainable production practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in working with global partners in improving manufacturing efficiency, introducing innovative processes, and driving manufacturing and process development from concept through to final product.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

•  Develop and execute the manufacturing strategy aligned with the company’s vision
  and growth objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation and technological advancements in
  production methods, equipment, and materials.
• Drive sustainable practices across all production processes and supply chains.

Manufacturing Operations Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality production
  standards, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to
  optimize workflows and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

3. Innovation and Product Development:

• Lead the R&D and innovation efforts to introduce new manufacturing techniques,
  materials, and designs to stay competitive in the market.
• Collaborate with design, product development, and engineering teams to ensure
  seamless integration of new ideas into the production cycle.
• Foster a culture of creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to support product
  development and process improvements.

4. Technology Integration:

• Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies (such as automation, AI, and 3D
  printing) to enhance manufacturing capabilities and product quality.
• Work with IT teams to ensure that data-driven solutions are embedded into the
  production system for real-time monitoring and analysis.

5. Quality:

• Develop internal initiatives, processes and procedures, for the purpose of
  managing a strong Quality driven organization.
• Assist both internal teams and external global teams in the development,
  procurement, and installment of new more advanced technological machines.
• Lead and manage all Quality efforts.

6. Supply Chain Management:

• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure efficient
  management of raw materials, production scheduling, and inventory control.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure
  timely procurement of materials and equipment.

7. Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of manufacturing operators,
  technicians, and other relevant staff.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment, encouraging teamwork and innovation.

8. Financial Oversight:

• Manage the manufacturing budget, ensuring cost controls are in place and
  identifying areas for cost savings without compromising quality.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the efficiency and
  effectiveness of all manufacturing operations.

9. Sustainability and Ethical Practices:

• Develop and execute strategies for sustainable manufacturing practices, including
  energy efficiency, waste reduction, and eco-friendly materials.
• Ensure all products meet both legal and ethical sourcing, fair labor practices, and
  environmental standards.
