For Hire: Executive Assistant for a company based in Pasig City
Position title
Executive Assistant
  • Provide assistance to CEO, such as reviewing contracts, writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications and presentations on the CEO’s behalf
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records and contracts
  • Prepare presentation for the board of directors and shareholders
  • Function as Compliance Officer for the company
  • Organize meetings, send reminders, and organize catering / food when necessary
  • Manage executive’s calendar, meetings and travel
  • Identify and screen candidates for leadership positions
  • Represent the CEO in meetings when needed
  • Handle business development tasks and meetings when needed
  • Monitor and liaise with the Group’s international operations
  • Manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
  • Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite
  • Complete projects as assigned
  • Handle CEO’s personal matters when needed
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
  • Bachelor’s Degree holder
  • At least 5 years’ experience in same capacity
  • Confident
  • Fast learner
  • Understands technology well
  • Can travel and work extended hours even on weekends (when needed)
  • Can handle multiple projects at the same time
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Presents oneself well. Can handle both local and foreign clients.
  • Flexible and a team player that is willing to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Able to keep CEO and company’s confidence
  • Must be willing to report onsite
