Description

The Field Force Manager for the Mobile Industry will be responsible for overseeing the operational effectiveness of agency and field employees (Promoters) to ensure alignment with company standards, regulations, and KPIs. This role involves managing the day-to-day activities of promoters across various locations, focusing on compliance, performance, and effective communication between the agency, promoters, and the internal management team. A deep understanding of the mobile industry and previous experience with field-based teams are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

I. Field Force Management

  • Oversee field force activities, ensuring all promoters meet company standards in attendance, professionalism, and performance.
  • Act as a liaison between the HR agency and internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor promoter performance and well-being.

II. Compliance and Standards

  • Ensure adherence to the company's policies, procedures, and brand guidelines by all promoters and the HR agency.
  • Maintain alignment with relevant industry regulations and labor laws.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all field locations.

III. Agency Coordination

  • Collaborate with HR agencies for recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of promoters.
  • Monitor contractual agreements with the HR agency to ensure service delivery aligns with company expectations.

V. Field Operations Management

  • Oversee scheduling, attendance, and punctuality of field promoters to minimize downtime.
  • Implement and monitor communication strategies to keep promoters updated on company changes or new product information.
  • Ensure promoters are equipped with materials and tools necessary for their tasks.

V. Performance Monitoring

  • Track and report on performance metrics like attendance, product knowledge, engagement, and customer interactions.
  • Address performance issues promptly in collaboration with the HR agency.

VI. Reporting and Communication

  • Provide regular updates to management on field force performance and challenges.
  • Develop and present accurate and timely reports on field operations.
Qualifications
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing field teams or promoters, preferably in the Mobile Industry.
  • Strong understanding of field operations and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a large-scale workforce across multiple locations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with agencies and overseeing large-scale recruitment and workforce management.
  • Familiarity with the mobile industry, including knowledge of product specifications and customer engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in field force management tools and software.
