The Finance Manager will oversee and manage our company's financial operations. The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining financial health, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong financial background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to make sound financial decisions to drive the organization towards its financial goals.

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and execute financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Conduct financial analysis, identify key performance drivers, and present insightful reports to aid in decision-making processes.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and reporting requirements.
  • Budget Management: Collaborate with department heads to create and manage budgets. Monitor budget performance regularly, identify variances, and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage the company's cash flow effectively, projecting future cash needs, and optimizing cash balances to support daily operations and growth initiatives.
  • Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, laws, and reporting standards. Liaise with external auditors and oversee the preparation of audit schedules and responses.
  • Risk Management: Assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and industry changes to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Financial Strategy: Collaborate with the executive team to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and vision

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA qualification is preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and regulations.
  • Proficient in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of financial software and ERP systems. Experience with financial modeling tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving financial performance and achieving organizational goals.
