Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
Description
- Lead the end-to-end accounting cycle including journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly/annual closing.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and file tax returns and government contributions
- Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and handle audits or tax assessments.
- Manage annual external audits and liaise with auditors, BIR, and other regulatory agencies.
- Manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with DOLE and tax regulations.
- Develop and manage the annual budget and regular forecasts.
- Monitor and manage cash flow
- Analyze profitability, margins, and cost structure to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Improve and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures aligned with local and
international best practices. - Support automation and process enhancements to scale financial operations for growth.
- Such other duties as may be designated or assigned by the Company as may be made known to you.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
- At least 7+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine taxation, PFRS, and local statutory compliance.
- Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Proficient in accounting system; experience with tools like Xero or QuickBooks
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
