Position title

Full Stack Software Developer

Description
  • Daily application of payment on Customer Invoices – Stripe, Paypal and banks.
  • Process webstore orders for CC payments.
  • Provide support in AR and AP Officers.
  • Daily processing of Vendor invoices in Dokka.
  • Vendor Bill payment processing.
  • Clearing account reconciliation for AUS, USA, NZ, EU & UK.
  • Depreciation and prepayments recording.
  • HOZ Chargeback processing.
  • Monthly ESG reporting – utilities.
  • Monthly Credit Card entry recording & consolidation.
  • Preparation of Monthly Balance Sheet Recon for subsidiaries.
  • Assist in the annual audit.
  • Maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting system and accounting control procedures.
  • Coordinate resolution of accounting discrepancies.
  • Attend team meetings.
  • Ad Hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor\'s degree in accountancy and related courses such as Business Studies / Administration / Management, or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of Accounting and Administrative Support.
  • Familiar with Netsuite, Excel, and Microsoft office suite.
  • Understands debit/credit activity and accrual accounting.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Must be able to communicate
    with both management and non-management associates, and internationally.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Strong attention to detail, honest,
    trustworthy, and team player attitude. Ability to see tasks through completion.
  • Can work under pressure and minimal supervision.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Fundamental knowledge of Accounting, Reporting and Analysis.
  • Clear understanding of P&L and balance sheet relationship.
  • Ability to quickly learn ERP systems.
  • Problem solving skills to identify problems, gather and analyze information skillfully to resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Oral communication skills to speak clearly.
  • Written Communication skills to self-edit written reports, emails, and outside correspondence for spelling, grammar, and punctuation and that communication is precise, clearly communicated, and correctly interpreted by its audience.
  • Planning/organizing skills to prioritize work and plan activities to maximize time efficiently.
  • Dependability to consistently commence work on time, reliably following instructions,
    responding to management direction and soliciting feedback to improve performance.
  • Willing to work on a hybrid work set-up.
