Head of Digital
- The Head of Digital will be the lead person in translating the company’s digital marketing efforts into a cohesive strategy.
- He/she should be able to collaborate with the different teams to ensure brand consistency and should be able to demonstrate excellent digital skills combined with knowledge of the latest marketing techniques.
- He/she should be able to plan and deliver effective digital strategies to achieve the business goals of the company.
- Leads all digital marketing initiatives and strategies including social media marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, UX/UI, CDM/PN, retargeting and digital campaign optimization;
- Sets specific digital objectives and monitors its progress;
- Ensures smooth operation for all digital tools and applications (e.g. dotcom, e-commerce, e-shop, SMC);
- Oversees digital projects;
- Expert on performance analytics;
- Generates innovative ideas to increase online traffic and sales;
- Trains internal teams to use digital technologies;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency;
- Suggests new digital platforms and optimization methods to improve customer experience;
- Addresses advertising needs;
- Ensures web best practices are met.
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
- Proven work experience as a Digital Head;
- Solid experience with online marketing tools and web-based technologies;
- Understanding of how digital channels work;
- Hands on experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software;
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Adobe Targeting;
- Has handled e-commerce strategy, including mobile app experience, defining digital customer experience, business case development, ROI analysis, conversions, brand and tone of voice;
- Experience in digital media optimization is a plus;
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Able to deliver quality work results even under pressure
