For Hire: Recruitment Manager for a company in Alabang

Recruitment Manager

As a Recruitment Manager, you will set the path to success by creating procedures for
recruiting that will result in hiring quality Nurses. You are also expected to:

  • Experience in Healthcare Industry is a must but not required
  • Knowledgeable in KPI measurement for the team
  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance to HR
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics
  • Manage recruitment budget (Recruitment Department)
  • Implement new sourcing methods (Strategies in Recruiting Nurses)
  • Evaluating current recruiting procedures to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness
  • Client Engagement (direct communication with the client in the UK)
  • Candidate engagement
  • Research and choose job advertising options
  • Recommend ways to improve employer branding (Healthcare client in the UK)
  • Participate in job fairs and career events (Fieldwork)
  • Responsible for selecting, training, developing, and managing performance (To
    develop recruiter’s skills)
  • Reporting
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR
    professionals, colleges and other partners
  • Liaising with company department heads to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
  • Graduate of BS Psychology or equivalent.
  • Must have experience working in a POEA Licensed Agency
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this
  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager
  • Willing to work In Alabang
  • Can handle pressure
  • Target driven
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking System (CRM Flo or equivalent)
  • Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Team player
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings and initiatives
  • Proficiency to work in MS Office
