Description
  • The position’s focus is to provide human resource and administration support to the Finance and HR Manager.
  • This position operates from the main office with opportunities to work from home and reports directly to the Finance and HR Manager.
  • Must have experience in Recruitment and Selection, Benefits and Salary Administration, Performance Evaluation, Training and Development and IT help desk
  • Potential growth in Human Resource Team (e.g., such as HR Leader)
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Capacity to work independently and in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in a Human resource management environment
  • Detail orientated
  • Medium to advanced skill level in MS Word/Power point
  • Experience with general IT
  • Experience in SharePoint and Teams
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree graduate
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as HR and Admin Officer
  • Must have experience in different facets of HR such as Recruitment and Selection, Benefits and Salary Administration, Performance Evaluation, Training and Development and IT help desk
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Willing to work in Makati office and work from home (hybrid set-up)
