Description
Human Resources (HR):
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and off boarding processes.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with company culture and labor laws.
- Manage performance review cycles, employee engagement, and learning & development initiatives.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and incentive programs.
- Oversee the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with knowledge of labor legislation, implementing required changes to keep company
Administration:
- Oversee office operations, procurement, vendor management, and general administrative support.
- Maintain and manage contracts, documentation, and employee records.
- Plan and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and employee wellness programs.
- Ensure safe and efficient working environments in line with company policies.
- Such other duties as may be designated or assigned by the Company as may be made known to you.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in HR and office administration with at least 1 year of managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have excellent leadership skill to effectively motivate and handle employee’s concern
- Willing to work immediately in Makati.
