Position title
HR Assistant Manager
  • Ensures the efficient supervision & strategy formulation covering various activities of the Human Resources specifically in the areas of Recruitment, Performance Management & Organizational Development, Employee Relations, including advice related to policies/processes, career development, coaching, talent management and change management.
  • HR Assistant Manager is responsible for proactively supporting all aspects of strategic and tactical HR support.
  • This includes providing operational HR advice, development, and support to the functional businesses; acting as the single point of contact for the leaders; and serving as a point of contact for all people related issues.
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or Industrial Engineering
  • Must have at least five (5) years working experience in several HR facets such as but not limited to Recruitment, Performance Management System, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in Data Analytics (HR Dashboard – attrition & retention)
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in people management
  • Excellent Communication skills – Especially for presentation and leadership meetings
  • Program Management - ability to manage project goals and timeliness in an organized and resourceful manner
  • Multi-tasking – able to handle multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to manage and mentor personnel
  • Ability to work across teams and across different level
