For Hire: HR Assistant for a company based in Makati City
Position title
HR Assistant


  • Job postings to different platforms of job portals (JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Screening of applicants and schedule them for interview
  • Conduct initial interview for Rank and File, Associate positions
  • Conduct background checking
  • Knowledgeable in end-to-end process of recruitment
  • Giving and checking pre-employment requirements
  • Schedule orientation in different departments

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Timekeeping process
  • Processing the payroll ATM card of new hires
  • Process the payroll of employees using the payroll system
  • Knowledgeable in withholding taxes
  • Knowledgeable in payroll premium computation (like overtime, holiday pay, night differential, etc.)
  • Processing the government mandated benefits of employees
  • Assist in any SSS, Philhealth, and Pagibig concerns
  • Process the final pay and quitclaim of employees

Admin / Clerical:

  • Preparing 201 for new employees
  • Maintain, update, and filing of 201 files
  • Handles all filings in HR Department
  • Process the ID of new employees, and other on-boarding requirements
  • Making of memos
  • And other relevant tasks as needed

Employee Relation:

  • Knowledgeable in Labor Law policies
  • Assists in all employee concerns
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology or related
  • With at least 1+ years experience as HR Assistant, HR Specialist, HR Associate
  • Good communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
  • Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Knowledgeable in HR policies and systems
  • Knowledgeable in HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
