Description

OBJECTIVE:
The HR Officer (Generalist) will establish and implement HR policies, streamline processes, and manage various HR functions, from recruitment and employee relations to payroll administration. This role is crucial in fostering a productive workplace culture aligned with company values and regulatory requirements as the organization expands.

Key Roles

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support company growth
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, and interviews
  • Assist in payroll administration, benefits, and time-tracking systems
  • Address employee relations issues and support a positive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, LGU, and company policies
  • Draft Contracts and maintains employees’ 201 Files.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training programs to integrate new hires effectively
  • Collaborate with external firms/stakeholders/auditors, as needed
Qualifications
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • At least 2 years of HR experience in a generalist role, ideally with policy creation experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and process improvement
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in recruitment strategies and applicant sourcing tools
  • Knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and DOLE regulations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Can facilitate training and onboarding
