Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Office Management functions
- Lead the talent acquisition efforts by overseeing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to selection.
- Partner with business leaders to create functional people plans and enhance employee experiences
- Manage benefits, reward systems, and progression opportunities
- Maintain compliance with employment law and safety standards.
- Support senior leadership with high-level people strategy and communications
- Manage the People strategy budget and people analytics
- Own internal communications and support cross-functional collaboration
- Review and enhance operating processes for efficiency and quality
- Design and manage a comprehensive onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated seamlessly.
- Develop and implement talent development and performance management initiatives.
- Proactively address employee concerns, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Drive employee engagement strategies, promoting a high level of satisfaction and team-building activities.
- Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and measure the success of tech and business initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts.
- Promote open communication and a collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop career development programs and succession planning initiatives.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Develop, update, and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Track and analyze key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
- 5+ years of experience in a multi-faceted people role, preferably in the tech industry
- Proven leadership in a fast-growing business environment
- Strong HR expertise, with experience working with multinational teams
- Implemented successful reward/benefits/progression/L&D systems/programs
- Ability to navigate and manage change effectively
- Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and understanding of people
- Experience in handling complex employee relations issues
- Skilled in implementing and managing people systems
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
