Description
Under the direct supervision of the President, the Human Manager’s role encompasses HR, including recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, and training. It includes policy development; supporting the accomplishment of the company and departmental goals and objectives

- Sourcing of talent (i.e., recruitment firms and platforms, job fairs, agencies)
- Facilitate interviews and background checks

- Hiring for cultural fit or cultural add (Define FCC Culture - Cascade the Culture - Culture Fit vs Culture Add)
- Facilitate hiring and onboarding of new employees, including orientation

- Employee Records & Files Management
- HRIS administration (i.e. Sprout HR Solutions)

- HR Data and Analytics (i.e. payroll expense, OT analysis, track absenteeism rate, employee turnover rate)

- Recommends regularization, promotion, transfer and salary increase in coordination with the Department Heads

Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the field of human resources.
- Familiarity with end to end process of Timekeeping and Payroll such as Payroll Tax Annualization;
- In- depth understanding when recommending Manpower or Security Provider, HMO, HRIS.

- Extensive familiarity with Labor Law
- Excellent Organization Skills
- Excellent Oral/Written & Communication skills
- Must be familiar with country specific laws and regulations governing Human Resources.
- Ability to work with managers to assess complex issues pragmatically.
- Ability to define problems, establish facts, analyze situations and make decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Ability to interact with and lead employees at various levels.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to Human Resources
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
