HR Manager (Fintech)
- Lead the HR department
- Recruitment and onboarding is 50% of the job. The rest of the 50% will be regular HR matters, excluding payroll. Payroll is handled by accounting.
- Develop and implement HR strategy and programs in accordance with business priorities and goals.
- Play a key role to support the people management and culture building in the company across all departments.
- Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of HR Managerial experience
- Computer and tech savvy
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work onsite
