Description
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume
screening, and conducting interviews. - Prepare job offers and employment contracts.
- Organize and deliver orientation programs for new hires.
Employee Relations
- Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting communication and employee
engagement activities. - Handle employee grievances and escalate unresolved issues to higher
management if necessary.
Compliance and Policy Implementation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality.
Performance Management
- Assist in the development and execution of performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement
strategies. - Monitor and evaluate employee performance metrics.
Training and Development
- Identify training needs and organize learning and development programs.
- Track the effectiveness of training initiatives and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to plan career development paths for
employees.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business
Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- At least 1–2 years of experience in an HR-related role, such as recruitment,
employee relations, or training. - Experience in managing HR systems or databases is a plus.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
