Description

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume
    screening, and conducting interviews.
  • Prepare job offers and employment contracts.
  • Organize and deliver orientation programs for new hires.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting communication and employee
    engagement activities.
  • Handle employee grievances and escalate unresolved issues to higher
    management if necessary.

Compliance and Policy Implementation

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality.

Performance Management

  • Assist in the development and execution of performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement
    strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance metrics.

Training and Development

  • Identify training needs and organize learning and development programs.
  • Track the effectiveness of training initiatives and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to plan career development paths for
    employees.
Qualifications
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business
    Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in an HR-related role, such as recruitment,
    employee relations, or training.
  • Experience in managing HR systems or databases is a plus.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
