Position title
HR Supervisor
  • Responsible for the formulation, implementation, and supervision of the company's policies
  • Responsible for establishment and improvement of recruitment, orientation, and training programs
  • Responsible for the management of employee and labor relations
  • Responsible for the monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual performance review and performance appraisal of the employees
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or similar relevant field
  • Should have at least 3 years working experience in the same field. Preferably candidates with exposure in medium-large sized companies and a subject matter expert for employee and labor relations
  • Fluent in English, Tagalog, and Mandarin (optional)
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation)
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
  • Acts as a role model and leads by example by ensuring all sensitive information of the business should always be handled with integrity and accountability
  • Must be willing to do fieldwork within Philippines
  • Knowledge with Philippine labor law, statutory benefits and procedures with its implementing rules and regulations is an advantage
