HR Supervisor
Description
1. Human Resources Management:
- Recruitment & Staffing:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns, handle grievances, mediate disputes, and promote a positive work environment.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the implementation of performance appraisals, provide support for goal setting, and conduct training or coaching for managers and staff.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and opportunities for employee development. Coordinate and support training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Assist in administering employee compensation, benefits programs, and bonuses, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Compliance & Legal Issues:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies related to employment practices.
- Payroll Administration:
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits administration, and related reports.
2. General Affairs/Administration:
- Office Operations Management:
- Manage the daily administrative activities within the office, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility management.
- Vendor Management:
- Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers (e.g., office supplies, cleaning, IT services), ensuring contracts are adhered to and services meet the company’s needs.
- Health & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure that workplace health and safety standards are maintained and that the office complies with relevant safety regulations.
- Event Management:
- Plan and organize company events such as meetings, seminars, or employee recognition activities.
- Document Management:
- Supervise the maintenance of employee records, contracts, and other important documents in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Office Space & Equipment:
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment, ensuring that the workplace is well-maintained and conducive to productivity.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A certification such as SHRM-CP or HRCI is a plus.
Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Knowledge:
- Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS systems), labor laws, office management, and general business operations.
