
Position title
HR Supervisor - ER/LR
Description
- In-charge of writing memos on employee infractions.
- Attend/conduct or assist in admin hearing and issuance of memos for minor cases and with the HR Manager for major cases.
- Ensures that the procedural due process is followed in all employee cases.
- Ensures that all ER cases are attended to and closed based on agreed timeline.
- Ensure timely, complete and accurate updating of ER case monitoring.
- Submits weekly ER case monitoring report to HR Manager.
- Provides employee counseling especially with regards to consultations on employee conflicts or policy/discipline-related concerns in the absence of HR Manager.
- Ensures that all ER case documents are complete and filed properly,
- Represent the company in NLRC hearing together with the HR Manager.
- Ensures that all ER related employee records are up-to-date and kept confidential.
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
- Monitors implementation of company policies and procedures including but not limited to RMBC protocols, house rules, etc.
- Organizes company-wide employee engagement programs.
- Negotiates with vendors for the best “value for money” packages to ensure overall employee satisfaction especially for big company affairs programs.
- Ensures that cost of programs and activities are within approved budget.
- Provides support to other facets of HR if needed.
- Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
Education and Experience:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably with work experience in the Collection or Construction Industry.
- Experience and exposure to all facets of HR especially in Employee and Labour Relations.
