  • Do troubleshooting, familiarity with support ticket and basic step of PC hardware.
  • Provide similar services related to software, hardware, databases, web resources, networks and enterprise system.
  • Help deal with internal technical issues or might assist customers/clients with external technical issues.
  • Provide support to address issues with computer hardware or software.
  • Helpdesk operator, technician or maintenance
Qualifications
  • Strong command of JAPANESE language.
  • Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate
  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication)
  • Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
