IT Help Desk - Japanese Speaker
- Technical Support
- Do troubleshooting, familiarity with support ticket and basic step of PC hardware.
- Provide similar services related to software, hardware, databases, web resources, networks and enterprise system.
- Help deal with internal technical issues or might assist customers/clients with external technical issues.
- Provide support to address issues with computer hardware or software.
- Helpdesk operator, technician or maintenance
- Strong command of JAPANESE language.
- Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication)
- Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
