Junior Lawyer
Description
- Prepares, drafts, or reviews contracts, corporate documents, and other legal documents;
- Supports and work closely with senior management on all legal, regulatory, and business matters;
- Handles, facilitates, or monitors cases, when necessary;
- Represents the company in legal proceedings;
- Provides general counseling and advice on matters forwarded to the Department;
- Oversees the Team in the absence of the Department Head;
- Conduct orientations, seminars, or other similar activities relating to a specific topic on Legal and Compliance, if necessary;
- Other duties that the Department Head may assign from time to time.
Qualifications
- Graduate of 4-year course from a reputable university
- At least 3 years experience as a lawyer in a law firm
- At least a minimum of 2 years experience as Legal Counsel
- Preferably with knowledge of tax issues and IPOPHL registration
- Must be BAR passer
- Amenable to work on-site/office
- Can start ASAP
