Description

Purpose of the role:

  • Lead Auditors are responsible in leading audit team during audits. He or She prepares the audit plan, delivers opening and closing meetings, conducts audit and submits audit report after the assigned audits.
  • Conducting audits is the main responsibility of lead auditors and it is done on a daily basis.

Roles, responsibilities and duties

  • Plans, prepares and carries out audits in compliance with the accreditation requirements.
  • Submits audit plan based on set lead time
  • Conducts audits under multiple accreditations (2nd party and 3rd Party Audits)
  • Creates and submits audit documentation and audit reports based on set lead time
  • Monitors accomplished non-conformity report with audited client
  • Review of corrective action provided by audited clients
  • Ensures that service requirements are accordingly planned, executed and controlled in order to fulfill the certification’s requirements, and strive the customers’ satisfaction and business objectives.
  • Monitor and measurement of key performance indicators and ensure that individual target are met.
  • Processing of Lead Auditor Initial and Re-Appointment in IAMS
  • Timely service hours reporting to be encoded in SAP
  • Ensures compliance to applicable statutory activities, with close coordination with the QM/HSE Local Officer.
  • Coordinates the schedule and audit plan with the customer and, if necessary, with the auditor team
  • Collects and analyses data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, fraud or
    noncompliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
  • Might lead the audit in the function of the lead auditor.
  • Records strengths, deviations, recommendations and evidence viewed.
  • Prepares explains audit findings and recommends solutions to auditee.
  • Is the technical contact for auditors and evaluates auditors.

QHSE Responsibilities:

  • At all times, adopt a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of TRPH employees, customers and third parties in the course of business operations, in line with TRPH policies, procedures and work instructions
  • Assist with the implementation, communication and/or cascade of corporate, regional and local QHSE programs and initiatives on their respective business field / stream / service function in cooperation with the Managing Director and the QHSE Local Officer
  • Comply with the TRPH Code of Discipline and the QHSE policy, procedures and work instructions but not limited to:
  • Demonstrating strong commitment to policy, procedures and work instructions by participating in safety meetings, completing required training, intervening in unsafe situations, refusing unsafe work, and complying fully with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Actively participating in audits, incident investigations and risk assessments as deemed
    necessary to find, eliminate or control non-conformities and hazards to health, safety and the environment
  • Prompt and thorough reporting and investigation of hazards, incidents (actual incidents and near misses) and quality deviation from regulatory, management system requirements and/or corporate policies
  • Ensuring quick response to emergency situations and assisting other staff members in
    maintaining readiness to respond to emergencies within the workplace
  • Maintaining awareness of hazards and proposing possible controls to immediate manager, QHSE Local Office and/or relevant client / site contact
  • Disposing or directing the disposal of waste generated as a part of daily work performed in as afe manner and in compliance with all waste transportation and disposal regulations and requirements
  • Using all equipment (including safety equipment) in the manner intended and reports any damaged / lost equipment to immediate manager
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy worksite.
Qualifications
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
  •  With at least 4 years work experience in a specific industry.
  • With broad experience in Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety,
  • Management System.
  • Experience in Internal audit, Supplier Audit and External Audits
  • Implementation
  • Familiarity with Environmental, Health and Safety legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Successfully completed and passed Auditor Training and Exam for QEO
