- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Provide administrative support to sales team
- Creating and prepare marketing materials and presentation
- Updating social media accounts
- Compiling and distributing financial statistical information such as budget spreadsheet.
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
- Bachelor’s degree or associate with experience in the field
- With at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing is preferred
- Administrative skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications, Photoshop and Adobe.
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
