Description
- Managing and updating the social media calendar and posts
- Drafting and editing blog posts, press releases, articles, and other marketing content materials
- Updating the global company website and blog, with the direction from the head of Marketing
- Organizing and maintaining the client contact database (CRM Database)
- Planning and promoting conferences, webinars, and client events globally
- Drafting and executing email marketing campaigns, as part of the global communications plan
- Event planning and execution for conferences and virtual events hosted by Behaviorally
- Organizing pre-conference outreach to attendees to set up meetings, organize any booth presence and in general help to optimize the ROI on attendance
- Following up with client services team members to ensure marketing ROI (return on investments) on conferences and other marketing initiatives
- Creating and working with client services team members on client case studies and other marketing materials
- Assisting with new product launches and innovation initiatives
- Carrying out administrative and data entry-related tasks, and maintaining organized files for the marketing team
- Assisting with the digital branding of the company including but not limited to podcasts, video editing, template updates, etc.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
- Completed a degree in marketing, business, communications, and/or public relations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Content Writing, and Social Media Management
- Canva, Wordpress, HTML coding, and Photoshop skills a plus
- Decisive and organized with a strong attention to detail
- A multi-tasker with the ability to work under pressure under tight timelines
- Willing to work on a night shift schedule( hybrid work set-up)
