Description
  •  Maintain and monitor employer and his family’s calendar of appointment.
  • Make travel arrangements based on the requirements of the employer and his family.
  • Prepare and answer correspondence.
  • Collate expenses; liaise with household accountant for the expenditures that need to be paid.
  • Maintain databases and filing systems.
Qualifications
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
  • At least five years’ experience.
  • Mature and proactive, can multi-task and have interpersonal skills to relate to different publics.
  •  With strong organization and time management skills.
  • Good English oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in various software needed to manage day to day activities.
