Description

Purchasing:

  • To handle various sourcing activities for equipment, goods and service providers that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the Company within the agreed timeline.
  • Review, evaluate and recommend specifications for issuing and awarding of bids together with the proponents.
  • Prepare necessary documents such as Quotation, Tabulation/Canvass Sheet, Purchase Terms and Conditions from Suppliers and monitor Contracts.
  • To acquire new vendors and/or suppliers and updating Supplier Pool by implementing a standard Supplier Accreditation Procedure.
  • Maintain and monitor reliable Vendors, Suppliers and Contractors.
  • Negotiate vendor terms and prices to control or lessen the Company’s expenses.
  • Record, maintain and keep Historical Purchases updated.

Asset Management:

  • Consolidate and conduct timely physical inventories to validate the accuracy of records.
  • Monitor the movement of assets to other locations.
  • Consolidate and Monitor repair status of Equipment.
  • Consolidate and Report summary of Disposal and Retirement of equipment per month.
  • Coordinates and keeps record of claim for equipment under warranty.
  • Coordinate with maintenance team for Equipment Repair Schedule.
  • Record, monitor and analyze Spare Parts usage and Lifespan.
  • Monitor accomplishment of Job Orders for equipment repair.
  • Printing of Asset Tags.
Qualifications
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
  • At least 3 years of experience in Purchasing and Asset Management.
  • Wiling to work on-site.
