Description
- Develop Portfolio/ Brand Marketing Strategy for the Cardio Business Unit
Lead development, execution and progress monitoring of all brand strategies based on agreed KPIs which includes: CME event management and over-all coordination, patient programs and other marketing initiated programs (implementation vs. plan) - Perform regular Portfolio/Brand Performance analysis and develop specific action points to resolve issues and optimize opportunities
- Perform units and/or sales value forecasting based on trends and other activities that will impact sales
- Formulate and recommend product deals and promotional activities for the sales team
- Support product/portfolio life cycle by conducting market research/survey to develop a proposal for product extensions and pipeline enhancement of the Cardio Business Unit
Internal & External Engagements:
- Lead Coordination with Target Medical Societies and key training institutions on Events and Activities for VE Pharma Inc. exposure and participation.
- Regular fieldwork and KOL engagements to gather external/market insights and gain field force feedback on promotional campaigns, logistics, programs implemented & other healthcare trends
Update and maintain KOL profiling bank
- Marketing Resource Management
- Management and monitoring of approved marketing expenses
- Over-all accounting and liquidation, audit-readiness of promotional materials, samples, detail aids and the likes
- Coordination with purchasing on the merchandising and advertising support for the assigned product
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
- Candidate must be a College graduate
- With more than 5 years of solid experience in product management of cardio related health products, marketing and people management
