Description

Working on RFQs/RFPs

  • Willing to work on online/offline methodologies’ bids
  • Understanding the specifications and timely reverts to the client
  • Working with internal as well as external stakeholders on different requests
  • Using external (subcontractors) and internal resources (group offices) based on the needs of the project

Project Set-up and Execution

  • Setting up/Executing/Monitoring & Closing the commissioned projects
  • Initiate & attend project briefing/kick-off calls
  • Set-up using project specific tools
  • Link checks before deployment
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Monitoring field progress, troubleshooting issues and identifying and implementing realistic and cost effect solutions
  • Close projects, incentivise respondents and raise invoice
  • Being proactive in communication & consultative in approach
  • Maintain strong relationship with clients
  • Reporting regularly to the client on their deliverables
  • Provide outstanding customer satisfaction
  • Be proactive and systematic to avoid client escalations / issues and promptly resolve and/or appropriately channelize any escalations

Quality Management

  • Maintaining project files, including complete documentation and audit trail
  • Abiding the QC protocols for each project
  • Maintaining all relevant paperwork in accordance with ISO 20252 and ensuring compliance with GDPR

General

  • Willing to attend system/tools/process specific trainings for different research methodologies to deliver high quality performance
  • Meeting and keeping track of assigned target revenue
  • Maintaining sustainable and trustworthy relations in the organization
  • Liaising with Clients
  • Communicating with clients (internal and/or external), in a client friendly manner, to ensure smooth project progression

Client Satisfaction

  • Monitoring and contributing to client satisfaction, by being ‘client friendly’ and ‘output focused’
  • Understanding Project Costing and Budget
  • Showing an understanding of project costing and budget
  • Working within project budgets as far as possible
  • Minimizing Rework
  • Recording hours and reasons of rework
  • Working to minimize rework on projects

Innovation

  • Innovating process improvements that would result in increased efficiencies
Qualifications
  • Candidate must be a College degree holder
  • With more than 5 years of solid experience in client management, report preparation and superb presentation skills gained from a market research company.
