Description
The mission of the Recruitment and Admin Specialist is to recruit the best talent by following a structured process that ensures the right person is matched to the right role. Additionally, the Recruitment and Admin Specialist supports the Head of Admin by efficiently managing administrative tasks, maintaining organization, and contributing to the smooth operation of the department.
- Job Postings & Advertisements: Create and post job descriptions on various job boards, social media platforms, and company website.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and other networks to find potential candidates.
- Manage incoming resumes and applications.
- Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Offer Management: Assist with preparing job offers and communicating with candidates regarding their application status.
- Candidate Database: Maintain an organized database of candidates and track the hiring process.
- Scheduling & Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments for hiring managers and HR team.
- Document Management: Maintain accurate records, files, and documents for recruitment and HR purposes.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Input and update employee records, recruitment metrics, and other data in HR systems.
- General Office Support: Assist with general office administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and office supply management.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with employee onboarding paperwork and coordination of new hire orientations.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
- Bachelor's Degree holder.
- Previous experience in recruitment and administration role or HR support is preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience.
- Background in Construction, Real Estate or related industries are highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
