I. Sales and Marketing

• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Brand management of our exclusive brands
• Manage corporate brand communication
• Take charge of overall organization and execution of events / tastings / masterclasses
• Synergize with digital team for marketing and sales efforts
• Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
• Use market and wine knowledge to create competitive advantage for company
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels to increase sales
• Sales data management / forecast /analysis and target achievement
• Ensure all team members represent company in the best light
• Assist in on-trade customer trainings / events when needed

II. Shop Management

• Control stock of the store as well as availability, with coordination with sales office (including POSM)
• Receive delivery and handle put-away / merchandising
• Optimizes and manages implementation of processes / policies for sales and operations
• Takes charge of sales and cash reporting to finance department / basic cashiering
• Ensure process compliance among store staff
• Ensure store staff is up to speed on product knowledge and service training

III. Business Development

• Lead efforts in setting up new shops once the potential is actualized within and outside Metro Manila
• Support initiatives to be able to replicate the shop within and outside Metro Manila
• Perform other duties that may be assigned
