Sales Account Manager

- To establish and maintain direct relationships with premium customers with the focus on increasing their customer lifetime value and maximizing their profitability.
- Responsible for growing and monetizing player segment by building more sales-focused approach to our most valuable customers.
- Managing, nurturing, and prospecting customer relationships through phone and email.
- Managing and nurturing a relationship with clients across the globe.
- Managing all aspects of a sale from developing the opportunity through closing the order in the database / system related to online casino gaming.
- Proactively assessing partner needs in all aspects from providing reports and analysis, forwarding leads and following up on a regular basis, chasing information, providing sales resources.
- Helping build and executing a strategy to do more business with partners
- At least 5-10 years of working experience in an Online Casino gaming industry working in sales or business development department
