Job Description
- Providing assistance to the sales team by:
- Providing NPVs as needed Assisting SM/PCs in creating reservation docs
- Scheduling of viewings & execution of the whole customer experience
- Ensuring that the sales playbook is being implemented at all times during client engagement in the office
- Assist client/agents with their queries, marketing materials, manning schedule
- Sales Coordination:
- Collect & verify complete requirement documents from sales before forwarding to the documentation personnel
- Liaise w/ operations department for updates, changes and improvement in the sales process
- Answer phone call inquiries and distribute it to sales
- Enforcement of sales policies & office decorum
- Other as may be required.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales and Admin
- Graduate of 4-year course
- Familiar with Real Estate industry
- Good communication both in the English and Filipino language
