Job Description
  • Providing assistance to the sales team by:
    • Providing NPVs as needed Assisting SM/PCs in creating reservation docs
    • Scheduling of viewings & execution of the whole customer experience
    • Ensuring that the sales playbook is being implemented at all times during client engagement in the office
    • Assist client/agents with their queries, marketing materials, manning schedule
  • Sales Coordination:
    • Collect & verify complete requirement documents from sales before forwarding to the documentation personnel
    • Liaise w/ operations department for updates, changes and improvement in the sales process
    • Answer phone call inquiries and distribute it to sales
    • Enforcement of sales policies & office decorum
  • Other as may be required.
Qualifications
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales and Admin
  • Graduate of 4-year course
  • Familiar with Real Estate industry
  • Good communication both in the English and Filipino language
