For Hire: Sales Assistant for a company based in Makati City
Position title
Sales Assistant
  • Assisting the Sales Manager and Account Manager
  • Assists customer inquiries and provide quotation.
  • Performing data entry duties in regards sales figures and other key data
  • Creating and processing sales Production Slip or Sales Order, Technical Request, Demo Requests, and other related tasks.
  • Consolidating of AM’s report such Activity Report & Sales Funnel.
  • Expediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required
  • Compiling and monitoring lists of leads endorse to the team.
  • Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system (online) for the sales team.
  • Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings
  • Other assigned tasks from time to time as the need arises
  • Will report in Makati Office
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising Sales, Communications, Public relations, or related field
  • At least 1-year proven work experience as Sales Assistant, Sales Administrative Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Advance knowledge of administrative recordkeeping
  • Knowledgeable with CRM software (i.e., Salesforce, etc.) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
