- Preferably with sales experience already.
- Sales experience should be consultative (usually people who sell high end luxury products or brands).
- Passionate about sports and the sport industry.
- Preferably an athlete (even recreational) or plays sports
- Basic Function: This position exists to increase sales revenue and market share of our major products, being gym equipment and sports surfacing.
- This is to be achieved primarily through direct selling activities covering the specified market segment approved by management.
- The Sales Executive will have an assigned quota beginning five (5) months after start date and will be a fully functional Sales Executive at this time.
- The Sales Executive will report to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
- Sales Visit Requirements: To make at least six (6) qualified face-to-face sale visits per week into the target market segment.
- New Prospect Requirements: To get at least five (5) qualified prospects per week in the specified market segment.
- Quotation Requirements: To submit at least three (3) quotations per week with an average value of PHP 3M total.
- Quota and Revenue Expectations: The first year quota is PHP 10M, and will commence after the five (5) month training and preparation period.
- It is expected that the Sales Executive will achieve the first-year quota.
