For Hire: Sales Support Specialist based in Makati City
Position title
Sales Support Specialist
  • Handles incoming sales orders and booked them accordingly.
  • Monitors sales order status, deliveries and necessary sales documents of different accounts.
  • Ensures that incoming sales orders from the sales field, key accounts, dispensing doctors and trade accounts are booked and delivered accordingly.
  • Prepares Daily Inventory report for information of sales field and marketing team on product inventory status, its booking status and product to ship-in
  • Reviews, checks and validates the claim rebates of key accounts and other trade accounts and submits the report to
  • Accounting Dept to facilitate payment crediting.
  • Prepares PAF (Principal Authorization Form) for guaranteed accounts, and cases with special deals
  • Graduate of any Business related course with good computer literacy
  • At least 2 year related experience in pharmaceutical industry setting
  • Data management and managing the team
  • With excellent administrative and record-keeping skills
  • Has good computing knowledge and data manipulation skills (particularly in Excel)
  • Demonstrates attention to details to accurately clear issues of field sales employees
  • Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
  • Has good interpersonal skills to deal with internal/ external customers to collaborate with other departments as necessary
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati
