Senior SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Developer

Description

High-level task overview:

  • SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC): Configuration, lifecycle management, access reviews, policy enforcement, maintenance, deployments.
  • Application onboarding: Configuring and maintaining out-of-the-box connectors and establishing non standard connections, including developing workflows (scripting).
  • Technical designs: providing feedback to the Solution Architect on the solution design and advising on best practice implementation.
  • Troubleshooting: Root cause analysis and resolving technical issues related to SailPoint, onboarded applications, and workflows.
  • Testing: Preparing test scenarios for testers and performing the tests.
Qualifications
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
  • Technical skills:
    • Java & BeanShell: Writing rules, connectors, and transformations.
    • RESTful APIs: Consuming and integrating SailPoint APIs.
    • API Testing Tools: Postman or similar.
    • JSONPath for Data Extraction: Navigating and extracting values from complex JSON payloads (e.g., API responses, connector outputs).
    • Version Control: Git (branching, PRs, code review, clone, commit, push).
    • Identity Standards & Protocols: SCIM, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect.
    • Directory Services: LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD.
    • SQL: Identity data queries and reporting.
    • Programming Concepts: Object-Oriented Programming (classes, inheritance, encapsulation).
    • Front-End Basics: HTML, CSS (basic UI work).
    • Apache Velocity: email templates and UI customization.
    • Basic Scripting: Python or PowerShell for automation and integration tasks.
    • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP (basic services and IAM roles).
    • IAM Concepts: RBAC, ABAC, least privilege, Segregation of Duties SoD.
  • Soft skills:
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Mentoring experience and technical leadership.
    • Documentation and change management discipline.
    • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Desirable Skills:
    • JIRA Integration: Ticketing, request workflows.
    • Compliance Knowledge: GDPR, HIPAA, SOX.
    • CI/CD Integration: Jenkins, GitHub Actions for deploying SailPoint configurations.
    • DevOps Awareness: Basic use of Terraform, Ansible for infrastructure support.
    • Willing to work on a hybrid work set-up.
    • Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule.
